In addition to my work as an educator and researcher, I am also available to consult and work with organizations, companies, and schooling institutions to support initiatives around mathematics education, Black youth, African youth, immigrant youth, identity, and social justice in education.
I offer talks ranging from mathematics education to social justice initiatives in-person or virtually. I speak on Black Youth Mathematics Experiences, Liberatory & Humanizing Mathematics Education, African Indigenous Knowledges in Mathematics, Decoloniality, and Social Justice in Education.
I offer consulting support for those seeking entry into PhD programs, those on the job market, and those applying for grants. I am able to use my expertise to help you craft a compelling application.
I offer workshops on cultivating equitable mathematics learning spaces, Black Inclusion in Education, and Decolonizing/Liberatory Education in Sub-Saharan Africa & Racialized spaces (e.g. the United States and Canada). These workshops range from 1 hour to a full day.
I can offer my expertise in reviewing curriculum for your school or organization. I will help you notice your oversights and ensure that your curriculum is inclusive and supports diverse learners.
